Information processed

MoveMyCart processes account information, connection credentials, migration logs and ecommerce records needed to provide the requested migration.

Credential security and retention

Connection details are encrypted before storage. Credentials remain available only while a migration is active and are permanently deleted when the customer approves closure or when the 14-day review period expires without an open issue. Credentials are not retained in migration reports or application logs.

Migration records

MoveMyCart may retain non-secret migration reports, record mappings, invoices and audit logs for security, support, accounting and legal purposes.
