Roles

The merchant controls the submitted store data. Coldfire Studios, operating MoveMyCart, processes that data only to perform, validate and support the requested migration.

Processing

Processing may include reading, transferring, transforming, validating, temporarily storing and deleting products, customers, orders, content, images and related ecommerce records.

Security

MoveMyCart uses limited access, encrypted credentials, access logging, automatic expiration and documented customer authorization. Customers must freeze both stores during the active migration to prevent conflicting changes and data loss.

Deletion

Store credentials are permanently deleted at migration closure. Non-secret reports and audit records may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal compliance.
